Monterey Car Week with Hoyt Vanderpool and his Mclaren 720S
Monterey Car Week is one of the year's most anticipated events in the car enthusiast world. This year, one of our own, Hoyt Vanderpool, brought his Mclaren 720S to show off what he has been working on. His vehicle was customized by our Voodoo Design dealer Launch Autosports in Arizona, with some amazing parts, including MV Forged Wheels for style, Voodoo Design Exhaust, and Voodoo Design Bypass Pipes, and an M Engineering ECU Tune. Voodoo Design Exhaust & Bypass Pipes for Improved Performance & Aggressive Sound
Hoyt's McLaren 720S is equipped with Voodoo Design Exhaust & Voodoo Design Bypass Pipes that improve performance while giving it an aggressive sound. The exhausts are designed to be free-flowing and reduce backpressure while still being able to handle high temperatures. They also help increase horsepower and torque while providing a great-sounding tone that will turn heads when you drive by.

M Engineering ECU Tune To Optimize The Parameters Of The Engine
Finally, Hoyt's Mclaren 720S is equipped with an M Engineering ECU tune which helps optimize the parameters of the engine so that all the parts work together seamlessly. With this tune, you can expect better fuel economy, increased power output, and improved throttle response, as well as enhanced reliability over time due to optimized settings for temperature control and other factors.
The M-Tuner is the first, and only, at-home OBD flashing utility! Developed by M Engineering, M-Tuner integrates all features of the M-Logger and adds them with the ability to flash anytime, anywhere!
M-Tuner from M-Engineering allows drivers a multitude of aftermarket options which are otherwise unavailable in the market space. Using M-Tuner, users can pick map slots on the fly based on driving conditions, octane, or demanded power output by using the cruise control stalk, as well as take advantage of all-out motorsport features like Rolling Anti-Lag, Boost by Gear, and Staged Injection that have been, until now, relegated to much more expensive stand alone, aftermarket, ECUs.
When it comes to McLaren, M-Engineering is the authority on tuning the factory ECU and related control systems. As of publishing this document M-Engineering has tuned the fastest McLarens on the planet in every tangible category. This includes 1/4 mile E.T., 1/4 mile trap speed, 1/2 mile trap speed, 60-130mph, 100-200kph, & 100-150mph.
