Product Availability

All Voodoo Design exhaust systems and components are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production unless otherwise stated. Some items may require additional time depending on complexity and current demand. Contact us at sales@voodoo-design.com or call (615) 219-9335 for a current lead time estimate.

Order Process

Purchase orders must be submitted in writing to sales@voodoo-design.com. Once received, we will issue an invoice with payment instructions to confirm the order.

Payment Terms

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit cards, and debit cards. A year-round military discount is available to verified service members. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Handling

UPS is our primary shipping provider for both domestic and international orders. We provide tracking details and photos of your item(s) prior to shipment. We ship only to valid residential or business addresses. PO Boxes and international freight forwarding addresses are not supported.

Customs & Import Tax

International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges. Voodoo Design is not liable for shipping or customs delays once your order leaves our facility.

Cancellation & Return Policy

All orders are custom-built and considered final once submitted. Because materials and production are committed immediately, cancellations are not accepted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking or processing fee of up to 20%. Third-party products are non-refundable once processed.

Installation Disclaimer

All Voodoo Design components should be installed by a qualified technician. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow vehicle-specific procedures.

Warranty Disclaimer

All Voodoo Design components are inspected before shipment. We assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the component. It does not cover labor, installation, vehicle downtime, or any indirect costs. Due to the nature of high-performance and motorsport applications, warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by racing, track use, abuse, or improper installation. All products are intended for off-road or competition use only unless otherwise specified.

Emissions Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal emissions regulations. Voodoo Design components may not be legal for use on public roads in all jurisdictions. Check with your local authority before installing any aftermarket system.

Brand Disclaimer

Voodoo Design & Engineering is independently owned and operated. We are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, including Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Porsche, or Aston Martin. All manufacturer names are used for reference purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Voodoo Design’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages—including but not limited to labor costs, vehicle downtime, or damage to other parts or systems—arising from the installation or use of our components.

Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Changes to These Terms

Voodoo Design reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
