Voodoo Design Ferrari SF90 Catback Exhaust System

The Voodoo Design Catback Exhaust System for the Ferrari SF90 is engineered to address both performance and thermal management. Unlike conventional designs, this system employs an H-pipe layout to equalize exhaust pulses, sharpen tone, and produce a proper Ferrari sound while minimizing heat buildup. This unique design helps mitigate a known issue with hybrid module overheating by lowering exhaust gas temperatures in the rear of the car.

Fabricated in-house from 3” Type 304 stainless steel, each system is TIG-welded and back-purged for strength and clean internal welds. Unlike the common braided bellows used in less expensive systems, Voodoo Design employs solid-lined stainless steel flex joints that withstand high heat, pressure, and vibration without collapsing or fraying. These joints maintain consistent flow, reduce strain on the exhaust system, and prevent cracking at welds and flanges. CNC-machined flanges and laser-cut brackets ensure secure fitment under demanding conditions.

The system also includes OPF/GPF bypass pipes along with new stainless hard lines for the OPF sensors, ensuring reliable integration and long-term durability. It is fully compatible with OEM catalytic converters as well as aftermarket units that use factory-style flanges.
