Voodoo Design Lamborghini Huracán STO Catback Exhaust System

The Voodoo Design Catback Exhaust System for the Lamborghini Huracán STO is engineered to deliver a sharper, more aggressive tone while reducing weight and improving overall exhaust flow. Designed to complement the STO’s track-focused nature, this system replaces the restrictive factory muffler with a precision-built, free-flowing setup that enhances sound without compromising fitment or quality.

Fabricated in-house from 3” Type 304 stainless steel, the system is TIG-welded and back-purged for structural integrity and clean internal welds. During development, the vehicle was 3D-scanned and the system CAD-designed for precise fitment. Solid-lined stainless steel flex joints are used instead of common braided versions to ensure long-term durability under extreme heat and pressure. An integrated x-pipe merges exhaust pulses for smoother flow and a more exotic pitch. CNC-machined flanges and laser-cut honeycomb brackets with the STO logo provide precise alignment and a distinctive detail unique to Voodoo Design. The system retains full compatibility with OEM O2 sensors.
