Voodoo Design McLaren 570 / 600 / 620 Bolt-In Roll Bar

The Voodoo Design Bolt-In Roll Bar for McLaren 570, 600, and 620 models is engineered for precision fitment, enhanced cabin safety, and a motorsport-inspired appearance. Designed as a direct alternative to the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) roll bar—which is not readily available in the U.S.—this system offers improved strength, optimized geometry, and seamless integration into the car’s interior.

Developed using advanced 3D laser scanning, every contour of the McLaren cabin was captured to ensure exact CAD-modeled fitment. The roll bar bolts into preexisting chassis mounting points at the firewall bulkhead and heavy-duty forged aluminum seat belt anchors on the B-pillars. Only minimal carpet and trim modification is required, preserving the factory finish.

Constructed from high-grade steel tubing, each unit is TIG-welded for structural integrity and finished to meet both aesthetic and performance demands. The bar enhances safety for spirited driving and track use while maintaining McLaren’s refined interior appearance.
